Booking in at 2.15pm. Tomorrow is the start of field camp. 6d5n..will be booking out on Saturday night..Sunday book in and it's another mini field camp (Sit Test). I think I will be shag out to the max.

The previous week was cool. Hand grenade was shiok. Got to see the live explosion and it is definately a jaw-dropping experience. Quite happy with my throw coz according to the bay officer, my grenade hit the target and exploded on its feet.

Also had our cover and concealment test. Love it. Camo on and 5 mins to disappear into the vegetation. If can take photo sure damn zai.

Short update. I never get marksman or whatsoever. Only needed to hit 1 more target..that's all I need to get marksman. Injured myself. Fell into the damn foxhole and my back is all messed up..and it still is. Other than that life ok in NS.

Field camp next week followed by sit test..can't really say I'm looking forward to it but at the same time once its all over it means the most shag period of BMT is over.

I think my book-out life is damn pathetic. Other people got loads of activities planned for their book out and I'm like the only guy without 1. And it kindof sucks when you book out there's like no one there to recieve you and you see all your buddies being welcomed back to 'mainland' by their loved ones. Empty is probably the best word to describe it.

Back from sub comm retreat. Quite a few people turned up but its ok. Still managed to have my fair share of fun. But I'm quite pissed with a certain ass. Don't really wanna talk about it but I think he is gonna be just 1 big burden to the committee. And I will never show him any respect.

Played dota with them till morning then its off to get my army stuffs. After that went to Tampines to return something..along the way had a misunderstanding but I'm glad its cleared. But I quite sad coz can't see and can't pass personally. So my mood went way down.

Happy mother's day!!

Took my mum out to Vivo to eat in some jap restaurant. Food quite ok. Spent $89 I guess on the food. Next up shopping for formal wear for my graduation ceremony.

Looks like its been a while now...can see webs and dust..ha! Some updates.

Dinner and Dance is over. It was a blast. But I feel it was a waste of money coz we pay so much to just take photos and watch TPSU do stuff. The slides was total crap..it had only 3 slides worth of IIT and not to mention even spelled our events wrong. So yea..crap.

Next up is OL refresh. I guess it was OK except for some 'outbreaks'. I'm over it but I guess it shows major immaturity and discipline issues. You know what I am refering to.

WEEK 0!! It was a blast! My last camp in TP! In my opinion it was a huge success. Although we didn't get to win anything but I know we are the champions. Our freshies enjoyed themselves. Our OLs enjoyed themselves. We main comms enjoyed ourselves. So yes..SUCCESS!! The only sad thing is we failed to get gold in dragonboat.

I guess that's about all. Got my enlistment letter..11 June School 2 9.30am. So fast...havn't even enjoy fully and I'm gonna go in liao..sadded. I guess no one's gonna send me off also..HA!

Back from OLTC.

It's gonna be a long update..so bear with lim beh..if buey song can fuck off.

First of all...pics!

Ok..the main thing now..

Camp in my opinion was great..in a sense that we got a feel for the OLs and their pattern and style etc. The main thing was that during parts of the camp I can see them smiling from ear to ear having fun. Sure there are some that are the black sheep but still it was great to see it all come together.

Won't really talk more about it. The main point of this post is reflections and thoughts..so here goes..

To the 'freshies' that never been an OL before:

From the moment you decided to take up that interview..you should know that the responsibilty entrusted upon you is great and expections are high. A camp itself will never be able to inculcate the values and responsibility you should have but I DO hope that you will be able to make that best out of it and strive on for greater success. You are the future of the school and club and I hope the fire will burn stronger than ever.

To the year 2s coming Year 3s:

You bunch of lao jiaos...by now you should know what is expected of you. I hope that you will lead by example and inspire others to greater heights. Having been in the club for 2 years you should know how important Week 0 is so expections are exceptionally high for you guys. You guys are our elites...our frontline..don't disappoint me! I really have great expections for you guys. Not only that, after year 3, you won't have any more chance to be part of OLTC..so I hope that you guys will really make the most out of this opportunity to shine brighter than the night sky.

To the 'Just-Grads':

It's been a short 3 years. Too short...this is our last try to leave our mark in the school. 1 last shot. Period. Let us all strive together and leave with a bang! Having poured heart and soul for 3 years(or shorter), the curtain is closing, now it's IT..For PRIDE, GLORY, and most of all, for LOVE of the club, school, and our FUTURE.

Within this gaming company I will have all the departments necessary to make n market games. And each of these departments will have special names.

YES..the big towkays! When first start up not much funds..so must rent office all that..but after producing and releasing several big hits..gonna build my own building for my company.

Hello.

I'm back from Perfect Night. Fucking fun la...was in log comm and food comm. After work chiong down to school like 1 siao chee bye and immediately went to help Marcus and Tian Seng set up their station and went out with Ivan to buy logistics stuff for BBQ.

After that is basically setting up the pits..which involved carrying 10 tables from level 6 (only lim beh and Xiang do) bla bla bla then yessah pits OK liao. Help those mofos burn the charcoal then when everyone come give them fire hazard briefing.

Chee bye..see them BBQ I also fucking hungry..while they eat we starve then this group of BSC girls stand beside us talk damn loud..sibeh dulan..fucking tired and hungry they down there talk talk talk..its supposed to be a camp but they all wear until nice nice and after that I think they zhao liao. Siao..but they song can liao la..they pay $10 their dai ji liao. After BBQ we clear up the place and is OUR TURN!!

Ate like there's no tomorrow. After that slack abit then do logistics items for Final Clash. Learnt how to tie lollipop. Talk some cock..cook for those havn't eat..second round clearing up and it's 7am the next morning. Whole night never sleep at all.

Breakfast settled then went to help with Final Clash set up. Already quite dulan coz no sleep and still hungry. Again is clearing up..chop chop settle then fucking dulan coz yea..the other school's sub comms nowhere in sight. Bloody angry. Nevermind. Lao jiaos settle. Finally is briefing. Being wet and in a cold place..I nearly froze to death.

After that clear the room then settle logistics stuff again then go home. Reach home about 5.30pm...sleep and K.Oed till 1pm today. FUCKING SHIOK!!!! GOOOOD LOOONG SLEEEEEEP!!!!

Overall quite happy coz I can say in my final year I managed to help the club do some stuff and I see some of them happy I also happy. Plus I like working with IITSC people coz I think we are the zai-est club and our saikang warriors sibeh zai!

These few days damn fucking suey...

Friday went back to school to eat dinner..after that was a random decision to drink. Bought 1 bottle of Johnny Walker Red Label and 1 bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey. Drank with Marcus..Maario..Ivan...Zhi Kiat and 1 chao ah lian.

Saturday. Cabbed to Westmall. The fuckingg NETS machine not working..so I went to draw money while the cab uncle insisted I left my bag in the car in case I run. The fucking POSB machine no money left..somemore is ALL of the POSB machines in Westmall area..sibeh sian..finally CISCO came and settled the problem. So went to draw money but my POSB account the money cannot draw..even more dulan..called KH to lend me money first and went I went back to where the Taxi was originally parked..IT'S FUCKING GONE!

Back from D-Cup.

It was fantastic!

Although we got 2nd, we gave our all and and for that we can be very proud of ourselves. Both teams played well...no hard fouls...no fights...just exciting stuff. Hopefully this match will be remembered as one of the greatest showdowns in IIT School D-Cup history. And hopefully this year is the hardest year for East team to repeat as champions.

The final score is 47-38.

And yea I'm the top scorer for our team and overall 2nd top. This match damn close and intense...and for me..it was damn fun as well.

3 years. In a blink of an eye it's over, but it was a good one. FANTASTIC!

The only bitterness is that...there isn't that 'someone' to share the joy with. And yea..it's pretty obvious she's playing the hiding game now. Yeap. Such things are beyond my control..so yea I'm sad but I'm also not Ahmad-type sad.

This post is just a reflection and some stuff I observed during the October intake camp.

Orientation Leaders.

As a OL, our job is to facilitate them to understand the school better and also get a taste of TP culture. I feel that as a OL, we need to have a lot of qualities. As a OL, you must never mix personal feelings inside. I believe that we should always have a level of professionalism when going about doing our work. Participants may be uninterested, but we must never show attitude. Yes we can give them prep talks and stuff but we must do it with tact. Showing a long face would make matters a lot more worst. Imagine when we ourselves were in year 1, I believe most of us are also the same...uninterested...bochap..fucked up. If our OL show face, what will we do? What I would do is probably fuck the OL upside down la. So yea. Tact.

As OLs, our job is also to bond the group together. What we can do is actually to mix around with them, talk cock with them instead of just huddling together talking about inside jokes. Day 1 of the orientation I think we are fully aware that we always do that. Day 2 is better, however we are still doing that. This should not be the way. We must always remember that we are OLs, not some cha pa lang gina.

We are only OLs, we are not the programmers or commandants, our job is to follow the instructions given. Queries can be asked in a polite manner but we should never ever impose ourselves on them just because we think we have the experience. Always remember that in camps there will always be this level of heirachy. Commandants should be treated like one. Yes, we can always give opinions and constructive suggestions but we must never take it upon ourselves to force something on them. Commandants are the ones planning the program flow and stuff, we should listen.

As OLs, we have this very important role of being the 'pillar' of the group. If we are tired, bored, pissed, we must never show it in front of them. Imagine if the freshmen see their OLs dozing off or looking bored, they will also become bored and stuff. So yea, always bear this in mind also.

As OLs, we have to remember that one of the purpose of orientation is to provide fun for the freshmen. Freshmen always comes first. Whenever OLs are invited to play a game or what, we are only helpers, the main thing is that they have fun. We can have loads of complains and stuff but no matter what, we have to listen to the marshalls. Remember ar, don't inject personal frustrations. It will only make matters worst.

Errr...still got somemore but brain dead. Oh yea..the above stuff I said is NOT DIRECTED to anyone but rather FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

So next up is some personal opinions and observations.

I think I did a fucked job for this camp. Sometimes I sit in one corner with my other OLs and talk cock. Better time could be spent mixing around with my group, perhaps then no one will leave. I feel that this camp is under IMI SIG, so I shouldn't be comparing IITSC to IMI SIG, but I sort of promoted IITSC to them, so that's my bad. As OLs we should always follow instructions but I fail to do so on some occasions, for example during the final royal rumble, we should always stop what we are doing when we hear the whistle but we OLs still continue to play among ourselves.

Some of us been through quite a lot of camps. We should know what is the right thing to say at the right time but somehow that is not the case. When instructions are given by the marshalls we fail to comply with them sometimes. We don't have a sense of urgency. We group together and talk cock.

What does all these show?

Are we really as zai as we think we are?

Again, all these are just food for thought.

Second day is quite a improvement from the first..thought I did well enough but at the end of the day my group left with 5 guys. The rest all left without telling me.

Celebrated Lyn's birthday at her class chalet.

Director's Cup on Monday. Opponent didn't came..walkover..so we won.

And than an accident happened. Des chut stunt and injure himself in the process. Called the Ambulance immediately.

Had the csc tournament today. Fucking hell man..from Redhill to Khatib..is really damn chee bye long la...summore peak hour..squeeze until ka cheng wanna peeeet also no place.

Was planning to sit bench do nothing get money. But..

Ended up resting for 3 minutes while playing the entire game.

Played against Punggol South CSC. Tight scoreline of 58-53..we won. From an offensive standpoint...I think I sucked..4 points only..but I guess my defense was not bad...I got more blocks then points.

Next up is against Marsiling CSC..

Had Director's cup on monday.

We were up against team STFU..Sunny's team.

I played like fuck. 7 free throws..missed 6...that's a 14.2% free throw percentage. Fucking losy like mad..but I did scored 7 points...zzzzz
